Tati Cotliar is another Argentine model conquering the international fashion world, and specially the couture catwalks of Paris... (I feel a little bit of envy... and not the good kind jejeje). The Civilian...

Civiles is a modeling agency based here in Buenos Aires, it has become famous for exporting some of the newest hottest faces in the industry today, with a long, pale, androgynous look both in their female and male models.

Carla Gebhart is one of those "Civilians" that have made it onto the international fashion stage walking in the Fall 2010 Season for Matthew Williamson, Balenciaga, Gucci, and Chanel just to name a few. After all those shows she was booked for spreads from Milan to London, but she turned them down in favor of her education.

The Cut is featuring a post on Carla under their Meet the New Girl label, talking to her and asking her about her recent success in the industry, finally Argentine girls are taking center stage like their northern cousins did a decade ago, maybe the next ten years are going to be about Buenos Aires rather than São Paulo.

Civiles es una agencia de modelaje Porteña la cual se ha vuelto famosa por exportar a muchas de las modelos que hoy triunfan en la industria con aspectos largos, pálidos y androginos en ambos sus chicos y chicas.

Carla Gebhart es una de esas "Civiles" que han logrado acceder al escenario internacional de la moda, caminando en la temporada Otoño 2010 no sólo para Matthew Williamson, Gucci y Chanel sinó para muchas otras marcas y casas de moda. Despues de todos los shows la contrataron para realizar producciones de moda en Milan hasta Londres, pero decidió rechazarlas en favor de regresar a la Argentina para rendir finales en el colegio.

The Cut tiene un post de Carla bajo el titulo Meet The New Girl, hablando con ella sobre su reciente triunfo en la industria; finalemente las argentinas estan tomando protagonismo como sus voluptuosas primas del norte lo hicieron hace una decada, quizas estos proximos diez años seran sobre Buenos Aires y no tanto São Paulo.
